Goodbye 2022, Hello 2023!

Posted by OVERSCORE - January 1st, 2023

It’s the end of another year, and the start of another year. At the beginning of 2022, I could not have anticipated the amount of growth I was going to undergo in the following 12 months. 2022 was not a great year of my life, with some depression issues and a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes. But I’ve taken it all in stride and used music as a sturdy crutch when the weight of my problems seemed to be more than J.J. Watt could deadlift.

As for music, wow! 2022 has seen Entity, 2000, Collision, and everything in between. I couldn’t have imagined I would get such positive feedback in my second year of doing this. I’ve also gotten two new pairs of headphones this year, and my new Audio Technica MTH40x’s are definitely helping me get better at mixing and all the technical stuff.

And a special shout-out to @SpeedORH, @SnipeShotUnOfficial, @acheney, and @X-500 for their phenomenal support. It’s been a wild ride, thanks for tagging along.

I don’t currently have any plans for 2023 except releasing my next track. Have a good year, everyone!

Hey man! I just wanted to come by and talk about a few things. First of all I am really happy to know that I have been of any help at all to you this past year. I always try my best to help people and friends out when they need it, so I am glad that my suggestions and advice have ended up helping you improve so consistently.

I am really happy to have been able to "tag along", as you describe it, and witness some of the most drastic musical improvement I have ever seen anyone do on this website. I am sure this pattern will make its way into 2023 as well.

Happy New Year and good luck on your third year of music! (I know I enjoyed mine when I was there :D)

Thank you for giving me so much valuable advice… I definitely owe you some credit for my “drastic musical improvement.”
