It’s done! Inspired by 1f1n1ty (or @Onefin) and his beautiful musical compositions. I really tried to open the musical creativity vault for this one, and just see what I could write. This one isn’t as much about the sound design or anything as it is just the notes, the core idea behind them.

The song made from that music sheet I wrote a few nights ago is almost done! All the music has been written, I just need to implement some new mixing and EQ techniques! I’ve also started a new breakcore track.

The 15/4 song, called “Infinite,” is inspired mainly by 1f1n1ty’s AMAZING musical composing talents. All of his tracks are simply beautiful. I picked completely different instruments than he normally does, but I wanted to try to emulate his rapidly-evolving, modulating, complex musical compositional style.

Tonight, I didn’t have access to SunVox, unfortunately. Not being able to use SunVox at night (when I feel the greatest musical inspiration) is one of the main reasons I don’t make music very often, actually. But— I did have access to a pen and paper. And I had such a good musical idea, I wrote the whole main part down!!

Been working pretty hard on this one recently, and it's finally done: a new DnB track! This one, while keeping with my recent emotional and atmospheric vibe, is more focused on sound design and fluidity. I can't describe what I mean by fluidity, you'll just have to listen to it!

I will no longer be distributing my music to streaming platforms for a number of reasons.

1. I'm bad at it! I keep uploading the wrong files, but RouteNote doesn't let you change the files at all. Once you click done, the audio tracks are set in stone. And since I keep uploading the wrong files, the bad files are what get released to the public, with no way to upload the correct file. If you try to recreate said release and use the correct file, RouteNote will flag it and not let you publish it. I have completely screwed up a number of my releases because I'm freakin stupid
2. They don't get any plays anyway. My most played track is Submerge, with 2000 listens. That's pretty much the only track with listens. I have earned 20 freakin bucks on RouteNote. Another funny thing about RouteNote: they don't pay you until you get $50.
3. I like NG more anyway! I was really just distributing because I wanted something to show to my IRL friends, but they don't care all that much. NewGrounds is a much better group to share my music with.

I'm sorry to everyone who wanted to hear my music on streaming services, but this isn't the right move for me right now.

I just put out a breakbeat track! I've never made anything like this, but I really like this style. Breakbeat as a genre has a lot of potential. This song is a pretty accurate reflection of how I've felt these past few months, so I hope you guys feel the emotions put into it.
